Winston Center for Leadership and Ethics
The Winston Center for Leadership and Ethics, founded in the spring of 2006, was made possible by the generosity of Bob '60 and Judy Winston. The Center, housed within the Carroll School of Management, serves the entire Boston College community. The Center engages students, faculty, staff, and alumni in the intellectual exploration of leadership and ethics in business and society. The Winston Center focuses on three critical areas to best fulfill its mission: Speaking Programs – Our speaking programs connect members of the Boston College community with prominent members of society exhibiting ethical leadership.Student Leadership and Development Programs – The Jenks Leadership Program and Winston Ambassadors are two of the vibrant programs offered to our students to begin their leadership journey.Research – Faculty research and scholarship sets the path for expanding our understanding of leadership and ethics today.
