 t Tom: \n\nFor the last 1.5 years\, Tom Herer has been a Senior Marketing A
 ssociate on Tommy John’s Growth Marketing team.  At TJ\, Tom oversees offli
 ne marketing and SEO\; more specifically\, the scripting and media planning
  of radio/podcasts\, planning and execution of nation-wide direct mail send
 s\, and coordinating the content and technical aspects of Tommy John’s SEO 
 with internal and external stakeholders.\n\nPrior to joining TJ\, Tom inter
 ned and worked full-time at Boston-based startup Lovepop for ~3 years.  He 
 served in various roles\, initially joining as a Marketing Intern (working 
 from the summer going into senior year until graduation) and ultimately end
 ing up on the Acquisition Marketing team managing its sports partnerships a
 s well as its B2B and licensed marketing.\n\nAt Boston College\, Tom served
  on the Start@Shea/BCVC’s Executive Board for four years and its Chair his 
 final year.  Tom also participated in RHA and was a member of TechTrek West
  his sophomore year. \n\nAbout Paul:\n\nPaul Hillen has worked at Tommy Joh
 n for 3.5 years\, and is currently the Director of Growth Marketing. Before
  working at Tommy John\, he worked on the marketing team at the home servic
 es startup\, Handy (since acquired by ANGI Homeservices). Prior to graduati
 on\, Paul held various internship positions at both tech startups and adver
 tising agencies\, including Square and Box. \n\nPaul graduated from Boston 
 College in 2015 with degrees in Marketing and Information Systems. He serve
 d on the Shea Center’s Executive Board (then called BCVC) for all four year
 s\, and was the Chair his senior year. Paul is a proud alumn of both TechTr
 ek West and TechTrek Boston.
