Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep is the ultimate relaxation technique for releaseing stress and tension held in your body. Experience a deep level of relaxation by participating in this easy to follow meditation and allow your body to feel restored and ready for sleep. It is one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain! Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and an eye mask (optional).

OHP will be handing out helpful sleep swag on 10/20 from 12pm-2pm in Gasson 013!
