Virtual Slow Flow Yoga
This Spring/Summer, weekly slow flow yoga classes will be held via Zoom. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, these classes will be geared towards all levels with clear instruction and ways to modify. No experience is necessary, and all you need at home is a yoga mat or something to practice on!
To join a class, please register. Once added to class, you will be invited via Google Calendar, which will have the Zoom information. Please download Zoom to your computer. If you have questions, please email christnh@bc.edu.
