The Global Practice program at the Boston College School of Social Work trains future practitioners to make a lasting impact in global social work, humanitarian aid, and international development. It gives them the skills to design and evaluate programs for refugees, counsel survivors of gender-based violence, conduct research on migration policies, and more.

Join us for a virtual info session on Wednesday, February 14 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. ET to connect with the Global Practice team, engage in real-time discussions, and ask questions. You'll get acquainted with:

  • Professor Thomas Crea, Assistant Dean of Global Programs, Chair of the Global Practice Field of Practice
  • Paula Coutinho, MSW ’03, LICSW, Associate Dean of Enrollment Management
  • Current Global Practice students
