Using Restorative Practices to Navigate Difficult Conversations and Manage Conflict

#BCaringCurrent grad students are invited to this professional development workshop with trained staff from the Office of the Dean of Students. Time will be focused on building skills applicable in both personal and professional settings to aid community members in their management of conflict. The session will educate attendees on the principles of Non Violent Communication and how to apply this communication approach, which centers empathy and honesty, to address conflicts.
Free catered lunch will be provided, and the first 10 people to register through MyBC will receive a $15 BC dining card, to be used at any campus dining location. *You must also attend in-person to be eligible to win the dining card.
