Dr. Shawn Healy is the Director of Administrative Operations and Clinical Psychologist at Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers Massachusetts, where he provides clinical consultations and runs support groups for law students, lawyers, and other legal professionals. He regularly presents on mental health and performance topics for the legal community, including recent presentations for Harvard Law School on "Counseling Neurodiverse Law School Students," the Rhode Island Bar Association on "Neurodiversity in Legal Education and Practice," and webinars on "ADHD in the Legal Profession: Tips, Tools, & Techniques." Dr. Healy has published numerous articles including "Tactics for Practicing Law with ADD or ADHD," and co-authored The Full Weight of the Law: How Legal Professionals Can Recognize and Rebound from Depression (ABA, 2017). He holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Suffolk University, is a certified Mental Health First Aid trainer, and serves as co-chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association's Lawyer Well-Being Committee. Dr. Healy runs LCL’s ADHD Support Group specifically for law students and other legal professionals.
