The Power of Habit: Part 2
About this Event
Presenter: Stef Cahill Farella
Program description:
According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, a habit is "an acquired mode of behavior that has become nearly or completely involuntary." As a large part of our day is made up of habits, wouldn't you like to better understand how you acquired those modes of behavior and how you can modify them for greater effectiveness? Based on the bestseller The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg, this 2-part session will explore the science behind habit formation and challenge you to apply the associated skills in your work or personal life. Attendees must commit to both 90-minute sessions as well as two 30-minute peer support small group check-ins between sessions.
