This presentation will provide a context for understanding the current make-up of the American workforce, with respect to generational differences.  At the end of this training, participants will:

• Understand the contexts in which each generation came of age and how it affects workplace interactions and expectations
• Appreciate the trends in the current workplace environment as they influence professional development across the generations
• Learn skills to better supervise and collaborate with colleagues in a multi-generational workplace
