DESCRIPTION:Dr. Éimear O’Connor HRHA is an art historian\, curator\, lectur
 er\, art advisor\, and archivist. She was born and lives in Dublin\, Irelan
 d. O’Connor began her professional career as a visual artist and has exhibi
 ted in Ireland\, Denmark\, and North America. She specialised in site-speci
 fic work\, and has also designed album covers\, book covers\, and stage set
 tings. She has published books and catalogues\, and several articles and re
 views on Irish art. Her books include Seán Keating: Art\, Politics and Buil
 ding the Nation (2013) and Art\, Ireland and the Diaspora: Dublin\, Chicago
  and New York 1893-1951 (2020). She is currently the Director of the Tyrone
