The Historical Racialization of Migrants and Catholic Social Teaching's Response
Tuesday, November 24, 2020 7pm
About this Event
Racial discrimination of immigrants and refugees has wrongfully been woven into the fabric of the United States. Examining the history of the U.S., panelists will explore ways the racialization of migrants and refugees has occurred and factors that systematize such racism. Additionally, a discussion on what has been the Catholic Social Response, and what it must be in this increasingly globalized world, will serve as a call for action to the Catholic community.
