Join us for an in-person (and physically distant) Examen at the Manresa House! The Examen is one of our most popular programs and is considered a foundation of Ignatian spirituality. St. Ignatius thought that, if we were to offer no other prayer, we should at least pray the Examen daily.

The Ignatian Society’s Examen is 15-minutes of peer-led reflection looking over the course of one’s week, recognizing God in our lives, and closing with a commitment to seeking the magis in the days ahead.

We offer the Examen twice weekly so we can safely accommodate in-person groups. Join us on Tuesdays or Wednesdays at 9:45 p.m. All attendees must pre-register by RSVPing on MyBC, show their BC health assessment upon arrival, and wear a mask throughout the Examen.

We kindly ask you only RSVP for one Examen each week so others can also attend in-person. Our Wednesday night Examen will be livestreamed on Campus Ministry's instagram.
