The Crisis in Nicaragua

Hosted by the Organization of Latin American Affairs (OLAA)
Co-sponsored with the Winston Center for Leadership and Ethics and Latin American Studies Department.
This panel will critically examine the origins, development, and future of the current political instability in Nicaragua. This forum brings exceptional scholarship into conversation with engaged citizenship in a special effort to understand the issue as well as propose pathways for student-faculty engagement on the matter at Boston College.
This is OLAA’s second iteration of the Scholar and Student Perspectives Series it inaugurated in October 2017 with a forum on Venezuela’s oil crisis.
