BC’s Criminal Law Society, in collaboration with the Federalist Society, will host a discussion on the jury’s role in the American legal system from the Founding era to today. The event will examine how juries have shaped criminal justice, their constitutional foundations, and the challenges they face in modern practice. The discussion will feature Mike Fox of the Cato Institute, who will explore why juries continue to matter and what their evolving role means for the future of criminal law. There will also be time for Q&A at the end.
