The Massachusetts Law School Consortium (MLSC) Recruitment Program is the first recruitment platform for BC 1Ls. This is a state-wide program that kicks off in mid-November. Last year, a wide range of government and public interest employers participated, including District Attorney's Offices, Public Defenders Offices, US Attorney's Offices, Attorney General's Offices, federal and state government agencies, legal aid organizations, public policy organizations, and more. Approximately 50% of BC 1Ls work in government and public interest positions each summer. 

This Boot Camp is designed to share application details and go into the nuts and bolts of the online recruitment platform. We will also review how to apply directly to public interest organizations and when to apply. This is an important program to attend in order to understand how to best prepare for the MLSC job program and to jump start your summer job search.
