About this Event
Boston College, 325 Beacon Street, Chestnut Hill, MA 02467, USA
With speakers:
- Jonathan Mora, Boston College student (LSEHD '24) and co-recipient of the 2023 Saint Oscar A. Romero Scholarship, and
- Raquel Muñiz, Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership and Higher Education, BC Lynch School of Education and Human Development; and Assistant Professor (by courtesy), BC Law School
In this presentation, Mora will present some of his personal experiences as a US citizen living in a mixed-status community, and demonstrate how he shared these experiences to develop relationships with college students with different documentation statuses from other Jesuit universities through the 2023 Ignatian Solidarity Network's Undocu Network Summit.
