Kevin Willer graduated from Boston College in 1996 and went on to receive his MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business in 2010. During his time at BC, his studied abroad at the London School of Economics (LSE).

Post-graduation from BC, Kevin worked in Inside Sales at USRobotics, Regional Sales at 3Com, and Account Executive at AdSmart Network/Engage Media/CMGi. In 2000, Kevin was the co-founder of the Google Chicago Office of Sales & Business Development. A year later, he became a venture partner at Prtizker Group Venture Capital while also being the President & CEO of CEC. He then went on to be the Founding CEO of 1871. As an venture capitalist, Kevin has been a Board Observer and Board Member of over a dozen companies which have been acquired by various publicly traded corporations like Target, SaleForce, US Foods, and FUBO. He remains an active Board Observer, Committee Observer, Board Member, and Investor in a dozen more companies including SSC Venture Partners located here in Boston.

Kevin has been a partner at Chicago Ventures since 2013 and an Angel Investor at Vyond since 2008. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Vyond since April of this year. He is also the Co-Owner and Advisor to Leyton Orient Football Club in London, UK and an Owner of the Chicago Red Stars.
