Ivan graduated from BC in 2012 majoring in Finance and interned with Morgan Stanley and John Hancock. He has worked at Chesterfield Faring, Ltd, TIAA-CREF, and CNERGY Inc up to 2020 post-graduation and now works as a Scout Ambassador at Lightspeed Venture Partners. He founded New Age Capital in 2016 with LaDante.

LaDante also graduated from BC in 2021 majoring in Communications. He has interned with Brookline Interactive Group and Fission Strategy. LaDante has worked with the NBA and his own company, LDM Film Perspective. He also has worked at Black Tux and Away. Like Ivan, LaDante is also currently a Scout Ambassador with Lightspeed Venture Partners.
