After graduating from BC, Edmund worked at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers for 6 years as a Financial Advisor. He then went on to work at Fidelity Investments for 8 years where he held several senior management roles including SVP of Eastern Region Investment Centers and SVP of Strategic Planning for Fidelity's Retail Brokerage business. In 2001, Edmund was the President & CEO of Veritude LLC while working as a Managing Director and EVP at Fidelity Capital. Between 2003 and 2014, Edmund returned to Fidelity Investments as an EVP and was a Managing Director at Putnam Investments as well. He is an investor in ZealCare and and Diagram Ventures. He also sits on the board of Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Company.

They serve approximately 12.5 million investors and administer $1.1T in customer assets.
