CJ is a senior executive with over 15 years in leadership roles covering sales, services, marketing, and finance. He is recognized as a visionary, with a unique and highly sought after background and expertise for implementing operational efficiency and excellence across all functions of large enterprises and small start-ups.

He has in-depth knowledge of and experience in managing all aspects of the business provides the skills to rapidly design, implement and monitor strategic business plans for well established organizations looking to become more efficient and for early stage companies looking to build out/launch new initiatives. His passion is in leveraging cross-functional expertise to drive investor/shareholder wealth.

His expertise lie in:

• Entrepreneurial: senior executive who has successfully provided leadership to early stage and middle market companies resulting in building top and bottom line growth to enhance shareholder value.

• Merger and Acquisitions: expertise in identifying, managing and executing all aspects of M&A activities (e.g. valuations, fund raising, organizational structure and operational integrations, etc).

• Accounting/Finance: expertise in efficiently managing capital to effectively leverage corporate assets and resources in a manner that maximizes reconciliation of a company’s strategic financial plans and the cross-functional dependencies to insure success.
