Carolina graduated from BC in 2017 majoring in Economics and History. She was treasurer of the Latin American Business Club and Cuban American Student Association. Her involvement on campus doesn't stop there! Carolina was also a part of the Fuego Del Corazon Dance Team, El Principio Mentorship Initiative, and was a Halftime Student Formation Leader. During her time at BC she was a Technology Risk Consultant with EY and a Winter Associate at Capital Innovators.

Post-graduation, Carolina started out as a Sales and Trading Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities for 2 years before transition to her current role with NFP Ventures. At NFP Ventures, Carolina is an investor in Fintech, Healthtech, and Insurtech. She has been with the firm for almost 3 years now.
