The panel discussion will feature three contributors from the NY Times op-ed collection “How To Fix the Supreme Court”:  Leah Litman of the University of Michigan Law School (“Expand the Lower Courts”), Aaron Tang of the University of California, Davis School of Law (“(Threaten to) Pack the Courts”) and Kent Greenfield of Boston College Law School ("Create a New Court”).

We are thrilled to have BC Law’s Kari Hong moderating the discussion.

The panelists will explore whether the time is now for court reform, and if so, what that might look like, from expanding the lower courts to the composition of SCOTUS to creating a brand new court to decide constitutional questions.
