The Real Estate Colloquium course offers a comprehensive real estate overview featuring sessions led by industry professionals covering finance, investment, law, planning, and public policy. The Corcoran Center for Real Estate and Urban Action invites students, faculty, and staff to hear from Rob Griffin, Co-Head of U.S. Capital Markets at Newmark.

Rob is a top leader in real estate transactions across various asset types. Over his 40+ year career, he and his team have closed over 1,000 transactions totaling more than $140 billion. Notable achievements include leading the $52 billion Signature Bank loan sale in 2023 and overseeing $20+ billion in life science sales since 2020. Recently, he co-founded Newmark’s Data Center Capital Consulting Group, handling $3+ billion in transactions. Before joining Newmark in 2015, he led Cushman & Wakefield's successful capital markets group in New England.
