 leher\, president of BlueHub Loan Fund.\n\nKaren has spent her career work
 ing to improve outcomes for underserved communities through lending\, affo
 rdable housing\, and community development. As head of BlueHub Loan Fund\,
  a community development financial institution (CDFI)\, Kelleher is respon
 sible for managing a team overseeing new business development\, loan origi
 nations\, credit quality\, portfolio management\, measuring and communicat
 ing impact\, financial self-sufficiency\, innovative loan products and pro
