Karen has spent her career working to improve outcomes for underserved communities through lending, affordable housing, and community development. As head of BlueHub Loan Fund, a community development financial institution (CDFI), Kelleher is responsible for managing a team overseeing new business development, loan originations, credit quality, portfolio management, measuring and communicating impact, financial self-sufficiency, innovative loan products and programs, partnerships and capitalization.
