 faceted field.\n\nGuest Speaker: Ryan Sfreddo\n\nRyan Sfreddo is a Principa
 l and the Chief Executive Officer of Red Stone Equity Partners (RSEP)\, whe
 re he leads a team of executives in meeting RSEP’s goals and objectives. Ry
 an oversees the operations of the firm’s affordable housing and renewable e
 nergy tax credit syndication businesses\, primarily focusing on acquisition
  and investment activities\, strategic initiative implementation\, and clie
 nt relations. Previously\, Ryan served as President of RSEP beginning in Ja
 nuary 2020\, and prior to that Managing Director of Investor Relations. Pri
 or to joining RSEP in 2011\, Ryan was a Managing Director of a national tax
  credit syndication firm where he oversaw its tax credit fund management bu
 siness consisting of structuring\, marketing and closing its institutional 
 tax credit investment funds. Since 2002\, Ryan has played a significant rol
 e in raising more than $15 billion of institutional equity for tax credit i
 nvestment funds. Prior to 2002\, Ryan was responsible for the acquisition o
 f properties financed with LIHTC and/or HTC\, having directly participated 
 in the closing of more than 200 real estate transactions\, resulting in mor
 e than $1 billion of net equity investment.\n\nRyan received a Bachelor of 
 Science degree\, summa cum laude\, with concentrations in both Finance and 
 Pre-Medical Studies\, from Boston College. He also currently serves as Boar
 d Chair of the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition (AHTCC).
