Guest Speaker: Ryan Sfreddo

Ryan Sfreddo is a Principal and the Chief Executive Officer of Red Stone Equity Partners (RSEP), where he leads a team of executives in meeting RSEP’s goals and objectives. Ryan oversees the operations of the firm’s affordable housing and renewable energy tax credit syndication businesses, primarily focusing on acquisition and investment activities, strategic initiative implementation, and client relations. Previously, Ryan served as President of RSEP beginning in January 2020, and prior to that Managing Director of Investor Relations. Prior to joining RSEP in 2011, Ryan was a Managing Director of a national tax credit syndication firm where he oversaw its tax credit fund management business consisting of structuring, marketing and closing its institutional tax credit investment funds. Since 2002, Ryan has played a significant role in raising more than $15 billion of institutional equity for tax credit investment funds. Prior to 2002, Ryan was responsible for the acquisition of properties financed with LIHTC and/or HTC, having directly participated in the closing of more than 200 real estate transactions, resulting in more than $1 billion of net equity investment.

Ryan received a Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, with concentrations in both Finance and Pre-Medical Studies, from Boston College. He also currently serves as Board Chair of the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition (AHTCC).
