Attorneys from Kurker & Paget will provide a brief overview of the information employers need to know about the new Pregnant Worker Fairness and PUMP Acts in order to stay in compliance. Members will then have the opportunity to share how their organizations have responded to these acts with adjustments to policies and practices, and exchange ideas and potential solutions with one another.
