Xiangyi Liu is a 2022 summer Doctoral Fellow at the Ricci Institute from Pennsylvania State University. In this recital, she will perform both traditional and modern music compositions from China, Korea, Japan, and the U.S. The Pipa, also known as the "Chinese lute", is a traditional musical instrument from China, with more than two thousand years of history.
