DESCRIPTION:From Spin Superfluid Diode to \n\nCorrelated Quantum Sensing: \
n\nA Dissipation-Guided Blueprint \n\nRecent advances in photonics and qua
ntum optics have recast dissipation and gain as controllable resources\, y
ielding a symmetry- and dynamics-guided framework for engineering new phas
es and functionalities. I will demonstrate how translating this framework
to magnetic systems enabled us to identify novel routes to nonreciprocal s
 pin-wave transport and to expose an emergent many-body phase\, i.e.\, a sp
in-superfluid diode that promises an experimentally accessible platform fo
r analogue-gravity experiments. I will then extend these ideas to the quan
tum regime\, introducing quantum‑hybrid spin architectures that realize
cooperative quantum effects beyond conventional quantum‑optical platfor
ms\, and outlining sensing strategies that move past the single‑defect p
 aradigm in solid‑state spin metrology.
