Exhibition opening reception. 

On view is an exhibit of photographs by Marilyn Smith ’18 and Angelos Bougas ’21, held in conjunction with the preview of their documentary film. 

Two Islands is about the current state of the migration crisis in Greece, three years after massive populations began fleeing their war-torn homes in 2015. The exhibit, and film, delve into the human stories of the crisis told by both the refugees still living in camps, and the Greek citizens that have been witness to the migration and hardship. Two Islands presents us with the crisis, as well as the hopes for the future of all people living in Greece.
