Audience: OEI Cohort school leaders, or school leaders who have participated in the Leader Launch PD offered previously or have equivalent support experience with OpenSciEd (e.g., using an observation tool that aligns with the OSE instructional model and a good understanding of what the instructional model looks like in classrooms).

Cost: OEI Cohort school leaders may attend at no additional cost. The cost of the event for non-OEI Cohort Schools is $250.

• Consider how to support teachers in moving beyond mechanical use to increase the impact on students.
• Examine concerns of the teachers in your school(s) in order to consider appropriate supports and interventions for implementing OpenSciEd
