Negotiation is a specific way to handle conflict and is a skill that is widely applicable to many areas of life. In this workshop and presentation, Professor Michael Pratt will discuss when and why people should negotiate, and cover two basic approaches to negotiation: distributive and integrative. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn and practice skills to become more effective negotiators. Questions are welcome!
