Program description:

Come learn the ins and outs of event planning on campus, from booking your space, reserving catering services, to setup/breakdown of your space. We’ll review the space reservation system on the Agora Portal, talk about what food and beverage options are best for the event you’re hosting, and other pieces of information which will help us help you produce a first-class event. Treats will be provided!
