A weekly group for students who struggle to treat themselves with kindness, designed to help you improve your relationship with yourself by finding a healthier balance between self-kindness and self-accountability. 

Most of us are our own worst critics, but some of us are particularly harsh with ourselves. Students will learn how to  treat themselves with greater compassion while still holding themselves responsible and working toward positive growth and change. This is accomplished in part through learning mindfulness meditation techniques, which cultivate the kind of self-compassion that helps us be more self-accepting but also more successful in life.
