Join us for a rejuvenating evening of yoga, art, and mindfulness at the McMullen Museum. Begin with a calming slow-flow yoga class, set in the museum’s inspiring atmosphere, followed by a guided meditation. The evening will also include a conversation on mental health and community support. This event is a chance to release the weight of winter and breathe new light into your body and mind. All are welcome, regardless of prior yoga or meditation experience.
