Come join the RELS for our first networking event of the year with Boston attorneys from Dechert's Real Estate Practice Group! The attorneys will kick off the event with a practice group overview before Q&A and breaking for lunch.

The attorneys are Sam Gilbert, Melissa Ryabacki, and Lesley Tierney.

• Sam Gilbert is a partner in Dechert's global finance practice. Sam focuses his practice in the area of commercial real estate finance and securitization, with concentrations in the origination, acquisition, syndication, and securitization of mortgage loans, mezzanine financing, and subordinate debt, as well as post-closing modifications, work-outs, and foreclosures. He also has experience in collateralized loan obligations and synthetic lease transactions.
• Melissa Rybacki, an Associate with Dechert, focuses her practice on finance and real estate matters.
• Lesley Tierney, a BC Law graduate and first-year Associate with Dechert, focuses her practice on finance and real estate matters.
