On the Brink of Failure 

Discuss what it means to be on the brink of failure as an entrepreneur and how to overcome that failure to reach success.

Brett Heffes has been the Chief Executive Officer of Winmark Corp. since February 2016. Prior to his current role, he served as its President for five years, the President of Administration & Finance for four years, and Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for six years.  He also has experience in finance at Gearworks, Veeco Compound Semiconductor Inc., and Wessels, Arnold & Henderson, LLC.  Brett also received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College in 1989.
