Tim Morse currently leads the Audit Committee for publicly-traded Tennant Company (NYSE, TNC) and privately-held Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces. He has served as a board member or advisor to public & private companies of varying sizes in many different industries since 2019. He is both an advisor and board member to early-stage Airtower Networks and an advisor to Lunar Aspect.

From 2015 to 2018, Morse served as Chief Executive Officer of Ten-X, an online real estate marketplace with ~$10B transactions annually. Before Ten-X, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Yahoo! Inc. for 3+ years and additionally served as Interim CEO from September 2011 to January 2012.  Before joining Yahoo!, Morse was the CFO for publicly-traded semiconductor firm Altera Corporation.

Morse spent the first 15 years of his career in various financial roles in North America, Europe, and Asia for General Electric Company. Ultimately, he served as the CFO for GE Plastics before departing for Altera.

Morse graduated from Boston College with a BS in Finance and Operations & Strategic Management.
