"Living In Color" is a multidisciplinary performance arts event seeking to portray the complexities of Black identity in the US and to redefine widely generalized Black experiences through poetry, dance, music, film, other free-flowing artistic genres, and deeply collaborative storytelling. The event will tell a story of a day in the life of multiple Black lives, leading the audience through theatrical interpretations of different environments like home, a bus stop, church, school, prison, and a salon.
