The Sierra Club is sending handwritten letters to voters ahead of the November 5th general election. Studies show that personalized letters can increase voter turnout, so the Sierra Club is targeting environmentally motivated voters who may need a reminder to vote.

To support this effort, BC Law's Environmental Law Society (ELS) is hosting a casual letter-writing event. ELS will provide templates with voter details—participants just need to add personalized messages using suggested talking points. Afterward, ELS will mail the letters to voters!
