Come to this virtual workshop led by Kundalini Yoga instructor Keith Curbow to learn and practice a set of simple breathing techniques to relieve stress and increase productivity. When balancing work, school, social and family life, these short techniques can give you focus and tranquility in as little as three minutes a day. The workshop will spend time discussing the theory and science of the exercises followed by guided practice and discussion.

Four sessions will be offered throughout the semester:

  • Wednesday, 9/30: 12 - 1 p.m.
  • Wednesday, 10/7: 12 -1 p.m.
  • Wednesday, 10/28: 12 -1 p.m.
  • Wednesday, 11/18: 12 -1 p.m.
