Greyson was hired out of BC to work for WS Development in their Asset Strategy & Development team where he worked on Asset Management, Property management and Development on a portfolio of more than 4 million square feet of retail and mixed-use properties throughout New England. He was one of six associates hired in that class, and one of the three placed in the Asset Strategy & Development team from there.
After WS Development, he went to work for Longfellow on their East Coast Asset Management Team. Longfellow is a Real Estate Investment Company that invests in Life Sciences and Innovation real estate in the major scientific clusters in the US and the UK. With a portfolio of over 16 million square feet and a total asset value of more than $10 billion, Longfellow is one of the largest privately owned investors/developers in the Life Sciences space in the country. In his time in Longfellow, he has worked on the management team for significant real estate projects and portfolios in Boston/Cambridge, New York City, Washington DC and North Carolina. Many of the tenants in my portfolio range from Biotech companies such as Pfizer, AstraZeneca and GSK to major universities and research institutions such as Duke and Stanford.
Prior to his experience in the Industry, he graduated from MCAS with a major in Political Science and a Minor in Finance through CSOM. In his time at BC, he was fortunate to be involved with the Real Estate Club where he was Vice-President and Treasurer. He also took Real Estate Fundamentals, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate & Urban Action and Real Estate Field Projects through CSOM.
