The Corcoran Center is excited to announce a series of “Industry Insight” lunches hosted by our Undergraduate Real Estate Council this fall, featuring industry experts from across the Real Estate and Urban Action field.

Join us on select Fridays during the semester from 1 to 2 p.m. in Carney Hall 437 to network and gain insight into the many dynamic areas of Real Estate.

Our first lunch will be on Friday, September 12th at 1 p.m., with Abby Jaye and Joe O'Connor of Longpoint. The focus of the discussion will be Real Estate Private Equity. All are welcome, but please register as space is limited, and a catered lunch will be provided.

Abby Jaye

Abby is an associate at Longpoint focused on the acquisitions of grocery-anchored retail centers. She graduated from the Carroll School of Management in 2023 with a concentration in finance and a minor in history. Abby joined Longpoint as an analyst in 2023 and previously interned at Eastdil Secured in Los Angeles and the Wilder Companies in Boston.

Joe O’Connor
Joe is an associate at Longpoint focused on industrial development and acquisitions. Prior to Longpoint, Joe spent 4 years in multifamily development at Gables Residential. Joe graduated from the Carroll School of Management in 2021 with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship.
