Evonne Delaney was named Chief Human Resources Officer at YETI in July 2022. She brings over two decades of experience in both corporate and consulting Human Resources environments, with a strong emphasis on workforce optimization through data-driven decision making.

Prior to her time at YETI, Evonne worked in a variety of Corporate HR roles at Capri Holdings Limited and Siemens Corporation, most recently as the Vice President, Global Total Rewards & Workday for the luxury fashion brands Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo and Versace. Before that, Evonne worked as a Consultant for Willis Towers Watson, advising Fortune 1000 companies across multiple industries and geographies on a wide range of HR topics.

Evonne holds a B.S. degree in Business Information Systems and Mathematics from Boston College.
