As Chief Commercial Officer, Reba drives top-line revenue growth while creating new and innovative revenue streams for ButcherBox. She oversees pricing, merchandising, subscription revenue retention, and partnerships. Previously, Reba served as Chief of Staff and was, and continues to be, the CEO's strategic advisor. Reba joined ButcherBox in 2017 from Ernst & Young, where she guided clients through change management and organizational design.

Reba is the Board President of the West End House Girls Camp. She earned her B.S. in Accounting and Sociology from Boston College.
