DESCRIPTION:By virtue of being a member of the GSA (I.2.1)\, any graduate o
 r professional student at Boston College can attend any meeting of the Sena
 te for any reason. Any such student attending with business to discuss will
  be granted a hearing by the Senate\, and will receive follow-up action in 
 writing from the Executive Director to relay the Senate's opinion\, and\, i
 f applicable\, plan of action\, within two weeks from the date of the heari
 ng. Such graduate or professional student is granted voice without a vote i
 n any subsequent deliberative matters. Such a graduate or professional stud
 ent is requested to provide advance notice to the Executive Director if pos
 sible.\n\nProcedure: An individual may signup to speak before the Graduate 
 Student Senate via email to the Graduate Student Association (gsa@bc.edu) o
 r on-line via the GSA's website\, starting at 9:00 a.m. on Friday before th
 e meeting. The individual must indicate on the form which item(s) they are
