By virtue of being a member of the GSA (I.2.1), any graduate or professional student at Boston College can attend any meeting of the Senate for any reason. Any such student attending with business to discuss will be granted a hearing by the Senate, and will receive follow-up action in writing from the Executive Director to relay the Senate's opinion, and, if applicable, plan of action, within two weeks from the date of the hearing. Such graduate or professional student is granted voice without a vote in any subsequent deliberative matters. Such a graduate or professional student is requested to provide advance notice to the Executive Director if possible.

Procedure: An individual may signup to speak before the Graduate Student Senate via email to the Graduate Student Association (gsa@bc.edu) or on-line via the GSA's website, starting at 9:00 a.m. on Friday before the meeting. The individual must indicate on the form which item(s) they are planning to address.
