This workshop is designed to help staff navigate the process of giving and receiving feedback in a way that fosters trust, growth, and empowerment. By incorporating the Ignatian lens of caring for the whole person, participants will explore strategies that make feedback conversations goal-oriented, more constructive, and comfortable, while promoting mutual respect. Attendees will have the opportunity to practice real-life scenarios and gain confidence in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and care.
