  New Delhi\, she completed her PhD with Distinction in September 2020. At 
 Boston College\, Meghna is teaching her class "Plagues\, Panics and Capita
 lism" as part of the Globalization-History Core and is writing about devel
 opment and the history of capitalism in the non-West as part of her book p
 roject A Measure of Value: The Racial Origins of Global Finance in South A
 sia\, 1830-1960.
